The Perinatal Ressource Center (CRP) Les Relevailles de Montréal was founded in 1985 in Pointe-aux-Trembles. It offers a range of services and activities to do with baby or before his arrival: lessons, workshops, meetings, « Helping Hand » home relieving service, private consultations (individual or couple), telephone support, specialized documentation center and shop. Our dynamic and passionate team welcomes you in premises adapted to their needs and those of babies and welcomes them online for certain activities. Our services promote the sharing of experiences and bonding with other parents who are experiencing the arrival of a newborn baby. The services are aimed at all parents living the perinatal period without being limited to the first child in the family. Pricing may be requested for certain activities.
Our mission is to support parents and future parents in adapting to pregnancy, the transition to parenthood and life with child aged 0-2 years.
